Refund Policy
Eligibility Window
Refund requests submitted within 7 calendar days of payment may be considered if course access has not started or only minimal access has occurred.
Before Course Access
If cancellation is requested before course materials are accessed, a full refund is generally available, excluding payment processing fees where applicable.
After Course Access
Once significant course content or live sessions have been accessed, refunds are typically not available due to immediate educational service delivery.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not granted for change-of-mind requests after substantial usage, policy violations, or incomplete participation.
